But it seems that the busy music legends have made sure that they're not short of help for the babies.
Because Bey and Jay have reportedly hired a whopping SIX nannies to help look after their brood.
According to US OK! magazine , the singers have hired six nannies at $100,000 (£76,490) a year each - that's $600,000 (£458,940) a year in childcare.
"The twins don't sleep at the same time, so she decided she needed three per child, working in eight hour shifts," a source said.
They also have two nannies looking after their eldest, five-year-old Blue Ivy.
That makes a total of eight nannies working for the family covering both day and night shifts.

Beyonce’s newborn daughter Rumi was first to arrive at 5:13am before Sir arrived moments later.
The pair were born on June 13, reports E! news.
Sir and Rumi don’t have middle names, unlike their big sister Blue Ivy, which clears up any confusion surrounding the 'Sir Carter Carter' suggestions.
The twins' birth certificate also reveals Beyonce enlisted the help of the doctor who has delivered all of the Kardashians' kids - Dr Paul Crane.

Along with the message, he shared a picture of balloons, adding: "Happy birthday to the twins! Love, Granddad."
